Irish digital marketing agency Wolfgang Limited breaks new ground in announcing its permanent employee ownership transition using the employee ownership trust model this week, the first of its kind in Ireland.

Permanent EOT ownership of companies, while common in the United Kingdom, had not been implemented in Ireland. Navigating through a tax system that was not designed with permanent EOTs in mind was key to implementation and the concept of employee ownership may earn new popularity following Wolfgang Limited’s transition.

The agency received advice from Fintan Clancy and Rachel Coyle in the Arthur Cox Tax Group.
