SMFL and LCI establish helicopter leasing joint venture

Arthur Cox is very pleased to have partnered with Baker McKenzie in advising Sumitomo Mitsui Finance and Leasing Company, Limited (SMFL), on the establishment of its landmark $230 million helicopter leasing joint venture with LCI, a leading helicopter and aircraft lessor.

The Arthur Cox team was led by John Matson (Corporate and M&A) and included Sophie Frederix, Morgan Pierse and Reem Ka’ati (Corporate and M&A) and Laura Cunningham, Fintan Kerins and Patrick Coffey (Aviation Finance).
