Security Matters business combination with Lionheart III Corp

We are pleased to have advised Security Matters on the completion of its migration from ASX to NASDAQ by way of a deSPAC combination with Lionheart III Corp. via a newly formed Irish company SMX (Security Matters) plc whose shares and warrants commenced trading on NASDAQ on 8 March.
