  • Meta on the redevelopment and leasing of its international HQ at AIB Bankcentre and Fibonacci Square, Ballsbridge, Dublin 4.
  • Deloitte on the 2024 pre-letting from Irish Life of its new landmark HQ at 1 Adelaide Road, Dublin 2.
  • SVP on the acquisition of Blanchardstown Shopping Centre (the largest real estate deal in 2024).
  • Kennedy Wilson on the acquisition and operational lease of the landmark 5-star Shelbourne Hotel in Dublin city centre and its subsequent acquisition by Archer Hotel Capital.
  • Irish Life, DWS, Union Investment, BlackRock, Ardstone and Bain Capital on the acquisition, financing and leasing of PRS, PBSA and social housing schemes across Dublin and other counties.
