Vivian is a senior associate in the Asset Management and Investment Funds Group. 

Vivian previously spent a secondment with one of the world’s leading exchange traded fund providers.  Vivian is involved in acting for leading international asset management companies and fund promoters on legal and regulatory issues associated with the establishment and on-going operation of all types of investment funds in Ireland (including UCITS, QIAIFs, ETFs, money market funds and private equity funds).
