Susan is Chief Projects Officer and heads up the Premises & Facilities Department.

She joined Arthur Cox in 2015 in advance of the firm’s relocation to Ten Earlsfort Terrace. She was fundamental to the HQ design team and successfully relocated the firm into their current state of the art premises in 2017.

Susan has worked at a strategic level throughout her career. She has completed a number of high profile, large scale, change management projects which incorporated full scale refurbishments, relocations, office expansions, new building developments, new software applications and new company policies.

Susan is business orientated having worked closely with senior management teams, developing strategy and responding to a vast range of business challenges.

Prior to joining Arthur Cox, Susan worked in Deloitte where she worked with the leadership group in developing and managing their Property Strategy Plan. She successfully managed their Premises & Facilities department and their Support Staff.

Susan is an active member of Arthur Cox’s Executive Committee and also sits on the Firm’s Sustainable Business Committee.
