Sinéad is of counsel in our Corporate and M&A Group and advises clients on all area of corporate law, in particular on M&A and corporate finance.

Sinéad advises international and domestic companies, as well as public sector bodies, on all aspects of corporate law and governance, as well as a wide range of commercial matters. She has considerable experience in mergers and acquisitions (domestic and cross-border), advising on public and private transactions as well as corporate finance and equity capital market transactions. Sinéad has advised on corporate transactions in the pharmaceutical, food, energy and building sectors and has particular experience in the due diligence and corporate documents associated with the acquisition of private limited companies.

• Advising Glanbia plc on the disposal of its 40% interest in Glanbia Ireland DAC to Glanbia Co-operative Society Limited

• Advising CRH plc on its ongoing ordinary share buy-back programme pursuant to which c. $ 5 billion has been returned to shareholders to date
• Advising Pharmaceutical Company Limited on the acquisition by MSD of its Dunboyne manufacturing facility
• Advising Ingersoll Rand on the $15 billion combination of its industrial business with Gardner Denver, the first Reverse Morris Trust involving an Irish company
• Advising Shire on its acquisition by Takeda Pharmaceutical Company Limited for $62 billion
