Simon is a partner and head of the Real Estate Group and advises on all aspects of commercial real estate including development, construction, property finance, commercial, landlord and tenant and portfolio acquisition.
Simon has a broad practice encompassing all aspects of real estate and commercial property work, including acquisition, disposal and financing of asset portfolios and loan portfolios, negotiation of commercial leases and agreements for lease for both landlords and tenants, property aspects of liquidations, receiverships and examinerships and advising on the acquisition, development and disposal of data centres and multi-family and PRF schemes.

- Advising Hines Ireland on the financing and acquisition of a substantial retail and office development at South King Street, Dublin 2 and the development and pre-let of an adjoining office and retail centre at Chatham Court, Dublin 2
- Advising Meta (Facebook) on its substantial office leases at The Beckett, East Wall, Dublin 3 and The Capitol Building, Cork City
- Advising Park Developments on the disposal of the multi-family residential development at New Bancroft Hall, Tallaght, Dublin 24
- Advising Hibernia REIT and Starwood Capital on the acquisition, funding and development of a substantial site at Windmill Lane, Dublin for the purpose of a residential, commercial and retail development
- Advising Equinix Ireland on the acquisition and development of a substantial data centre at Blanchardstown Business & Technology Park
- Advising Merck on all property acquisitions and disposals including a substantial internal re-organisation following the acquisition of Schering-Plough
- Advising Kennedy Wilson on a number of acquisition and development projects including the recent re-financing of its residential portfolio comprising Sanford Lodge, Clancy Quay, Brooklawn House and the Alliance Building
- Advising Meta (Facebook) on all property matters in Ireland including the acquisition of its European HQ at Grand Canal Square and the development of a data centre at Clonee, County Meath
- Advising Jazz Pharmaceuticals on the acquisition and fit-out of its new European Headquarters at Waterloo Exchange, Dublin 2
