Seán joined the Arthur Cox Listing Team in 2015. He has extensive investment funds and ETF expertise and has been involved in the listing services industry since 2013.

Seán has an intricate knowledge of the Fund Listing Guidelines and Procedures of Euronext Dublin. He and the listing team can provide real added value to the listing of ETFs, as they can pre-empt issues that may cause concern to the executives at Euronext Dublin.

Seán has extensive experience in the area of ETF listing in the UK and other markets including The Xetra platform of Deutsche Börse; the regulated markets of Euronext Paris, Euronext Amsterdam, Borsa Italiana, and SIX Swiss Exchange. As a result of this experience, we can introduce our clients to industry service providers, such as Co-Applicants and Market Makers with whom we have worked with.

He has strong connections with the executives at Euronext, Central Bank of Ireland and with the executives at the London Stock Exchange, The Xetra platform of Deutsche Börse and SIX Swiss Exchange.

Seán ensures listing and ongoing compliance for listed ETFs is dealt with in a timely, cost effective and efficient manner.
