Robert is a senior associate in the Litigation, Dispute Resolution and Investigations Group.

Robert has experience in a wide variety of disputes and investigations across a diverse range of commercial sectors, including financial services, hospitality, real estate, manufacturing, pharmaceuticals, insurance and retail.  Robert’s experience includes acting for domestic and international clients in commercial disputes through mediation and arbitration (including international commercial arbitration under the LCIA Rules), as well as through traditional litigation. Robert works closely with the firm’s Corporate and M&A Group in respect of commercial contract disputes, as well as in respect of non-contentious matters, including Commercial Court applications seeking the Court’s sanctioning of shareholder and creditor schemes of arrangement.

Robert is Co-Chair of the firm’s alliance network.
