Rhiannon is an Associate Director in the Governance, Risk and Compliance Consulting team. She has over 12 years’ experience in professional and consulting services.

Her areas of expertise include outsourcing and third-party risk management, governance and multi-jurisdictional regulatory change implementation projects, primarily in the asset management industry.

Rhiannon works closely with clients to help them deliver on their governance, regulatory and risk management objectives. Previously, Rhiannon has acted as Head of Outsourcing Oversight for a large investment firm and has held positions across a number of fund management companies, with a focus on risk, compliance and governance matters.

Relevant Experience

Rhiannon’s direct relevant experience includes:

• Leading and co-ordinating multi-jurisdictional regulatory change and governance projects for the largest asset manager in Europe.
• Development of Governance and Oversight Frameworks for regulated financial services entities.
• Preparing and reviewing Fund Documentation, including Business Plans and Programmes of Activity, Procedures Manual etc.
• Former Designated Person (PCF-39) on a seconded basis to a range of Irish-regulated Funds and Management Companies, across all six managerial functions (Fund Risk, Operational Risk, Regulatory Compliance, Investment Management, Distribution, Capital and Financial Management).
