Orla has over 7 years experience as a Company Secretary advising on various company secretarial and corporate governance matters including incorporations, share movements (allotments, transfers, disposal), officers resignations and appointments, attendance and minute taking at board meetings, ensuring timely filings of annual returns and financial statements, voluntary strike offs and drafting of minutes, resolutions and associated documentation.
