• Advised Union Investment Investment Real Estate GmbH on the forward fund acquisition of a hotel site in Dublin docklands.
• Advised Aberdeen Standard Investments in the sale of Fleming Court.
• Advised Mid West Holdings in the sale of the Marker hotel and residences.
