Lesley-Ann is of counsel in the Corporate and M&A Group and advises clients on all areas of corporate law.

Lesley-Ann advises clients on a wide range of corporate transactions including public and private M&A, joint ventures, equity capital markets transactions and corporate reorganisations. Lesley-Ann also advises clients on partnership law, corporate governance and general corporate law matters.

Prior to joining the firm, Lesley-Ann trained and worked for a major law firm in London.

• Advising the partners of Moore Ireland on the sale of a majority stake in Moore Ireland to London-based accounting firm, Moore Kingston Smith, funded by Waterland Private Equity
• Advising the shareholders of Glennon Insurances, leading providers of expert insurance solutions in Ireland, on its sale to Arachas Corporate Brokers Limited, a subsidiary of The Ardonagh Group
• Advising leading Irish flexible generation development company Lumcloon Energy on its entry into a joint venture with VPI Holding to build a new 275MW Open Cycle Gas Turbine (OCGT) power plant in County Westmeath, Ireland
• Advising Archer Hotel Capital on the acquisition of the five star Conrad Hotel, Earlsfort Terrace, Dublin 2
• Advising Allergan on its acquisition by AbbVie Inc. in a cash and stock transaction for a transaction equity value of approximately $63 billion
• Advising Zoetis on its $85 million acquisition of Nexvet Biopharma
• Advising issuers on various IPOs and capital raisings, including Applegreen plc and Green REIT plc
