Laura was admitted as a solicitor in Northern Ireland in 2016. Laura has gained strong property experience and continues to grow her experience by advising on a wide range of real estate matters, with a particular emphasis on property development.

Relevant Experience

• Extensive experience in transacting the sale and purchase of domestic property;
• Advising high profile property developers and social landlords in relation to the acquisition of development land, and the onward sales of individual units;
• Extensive experience in transacting distressed property sales for various high profile mortgage lenders including, Bank of Scotland plc;
• Advising Housing Associations in relation to the acquisition of residential portfolios;
• Advising in relation to the disposal of an number of former bank premises;
• Advising in relation to freehold and leasehold acquisitions and disposals of commercial property;
• Advising in relation to licence and conacre agreements; and
• Advising property developers in relation to NIE substation leases/cable easements, and transfers of service infrastructure.
