Katie is a senior associate in our Pensions and Employee Benefits Group, advising on pensions law and charity law.
Katie completed her training contract in Arthur Cox and joined the Pensions and Employee Benefits team upon qualification in January 2020.
She specialises in all aspects of pensions law, including advising employers and pension scheme trustees on the establishment and day-to-day running of occupational pension schemes, scheme restructuring, scheme amendments, scheme wind-ups and scheme administration queries.
Katie also advises on charity law matters including the application of the Charities Act 2009, applications to the Charities Regulatory Authority and governance matters.
Katie is a member of the Association of Pension Lawyers in Ireland.
