Karen is an Associate Director in our Governance and Consulting Services Group and has wide-ranging experience of company law and company secretarial practice. She has advised both international and domestic clients on their Irish company law compliance obligations and corporate governance matters.

Karen advises a broad range of Irish and international clients on corporate governance and company secretarial practice across various business sectors. She predominantly advises clients in respect of their ongoing compliance obligations, in addition to general company law and corporate governance provisions and requirements. Karen also has experience in advising on company incorporations, voluntary strike-offs, maintenance of statutory registers, board and shareholder resolutions/meetings, share capital changes, changes to board members and annual/extraordinary general meetings along with the company secretarial aspects of transactional matters to include corporate restructurings and due diligence exercises.
