Jocelyn is a Team Lead in our Governance and Consulting Service Group and an Associate member of the Institute of Chartered Secretaries and Administrators.

Jocelyn advises and assists across a range of company secretarial, corporate governance, company law matters and statutory filings, including those associated with incorporations and changes in company details (officers, company name, constitutions, share movements and voluntary strike-offs). Jocelyn also facilitates and attends board meetings, including the collating and circulation of board materials and minute-taking for clients working closely with a number of client functions and meeting Chairs.

Jocelyn assists a number of clients with on-going annual compliance obligations, including the maintenance of books and records, statutory registers, annual general meetings and annual compliance filings.
