James is a senior associate in our Asset Management and Investment Funds Group and advises global asset managers on the structuring, establishment, management, sale and regulatory compliance of investment funds in Ireland. 

James advises asset managers on the structuring, establishment, management, sale and regulatory compliance of Irish-domiciled UCITS and alternative funds, with a particular focus on exchange-traded funds (ETFs) and sustainable funds. He also advises on the establishment and ongoing compliance of UCITS management companies and AIFMs (with and without MiFID permissions).
