• Linde plc on its de-listing from the Frankfurt Stock Exchange by way of an Irish High Court approved scheme of arrangement and Irish domestic merger
• John Laing on its acquisition of a portfolio of three Irish assets from the Irish Infrastructure Fund
• beqom SA (a leading provider of a cloud-based compensation management solution) and Sumeru Equity Partners on its acquisition of Tandem HR Solutions Limited
• the National Treasury Management Agency of Ireland as controller and manager of the Ireland Strategic Investment Fund (ISIF) on the formation of the Hotel Investment Fund, an Irish limited partnership
• Frontline Ventures on the establishment of its seed funds and US growth funds focused on US companies expanding into Europe
