Helen joined Arthur Cox as Director of Listings in 2004. Helen has extensive funds and specialist debt securities expertise and has been involved in the financial services industry since 1995.

Together with the Director of Listings at the Irish Stock Exchange (“ISE”), Helen was responsible for setting up the ISE’s successful Specialist Debt Listing team. As Head of Specialist Debt Listing the ISE saw substantial growth in this area with Helen ensuring the listing rules were applied by her team while maintaining an efficient approach at all times. Through her experience of acting as regulator at the ISE Helen and her team at Arthur Cox have an unrivalled knowledge of the Listing Guidelines and Procedures and can provide real added value to the listing of debt securities and investment funds.
