Eoin is a senior associate in the Corporate and M&A Group.

Eoin focuses on public and private mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, private equity investments, corporate reorganisations, commercial agreements and venture capital.  Eoin advises on both domestic and cross border transactions across a wide range of industries.

Eoin completed his training contract in Arthur Cox and joined the Corporate and M&A Group upon qualification.

• Advising Permanent TSB plc on its acquisition of certain elements of the Ulster Bank retail, SME and asset finance businesses.
• Advising the Dean Hotel Group on its landmark sale of eight hotels in Ireland, including The Clarence Hotel and the Dean Dublin, and its entry into a strategic partnership with Lifestyle Hospitality Capital and Elliott Investment Management.
• Advising Frontline Ventures on the establishment of its seed funds and growth funds.
• Partnering with Kirkland & Ellis in advising funds managed by Blackstone on its strategic partnership with Winthrop Technologies.
• Advising PHX Ireland on its acquisition of McCabes Pharmacy.
• Advising CRH on its transition to a US primary listing on the New York Stock Exchange.
• Advising the shareholders of Glennon Insurances on its sale to Arachas Corporate Brokers Limited, a subsidiary of the The Ardonagh Group.
• Advising the shareholders of the Institute of Education on its sale to Dukes Education.
