Emma is Associate Director of Board Services in our Governance and Consulting Services Group, where her focus is board services, company law, corporate governance and company secretarial services.

Emma provides comprehensive board services to a number of clients which involves co-ordination and administration of their board and committee meetings including the collation of meeting packs, drafting of agendas, attendance at the board/committee meeting and detailed minuting of the meetings. Emma has experience across many industry sectors including large financial institutions, pharmaceutical companies, government agencies and large membership organisations.

Emma also advises clients on various aspects of company law compliance and governance including directors’ duties and responsibilities arising on appointment, the holding of annual general meetings, maintaining statutory registers, reviewing  terms of reference and other corporate governance matters.
