Deirdre is a Chambers Band one ranked lawyer with extensive experience in commercial real estate across all asset classes and with a particular focus on data centres, offices, PRS, retail, hospitality and healthcare.

Deirdre advises clients across the full spectrum of real estate transactions including forward commitments and forward funding, portfolio and single-asset acquisitions and disposals, financing, landlord and tenant, development and asset management.   She has advised our most high profile domestic and international investors on the largest real estate investment, leasing and financing transactions of recent years and has also advised various Irish state and semi-state bodies and, currently, a G7 state.  Deirdre has, during the course of her career, headed up one of our real estate teams, has served two terms on our partnership policy committee and holds various other firm roles including pro bono partner, member of our sustainability committee and our conflicts management committee and chair of our data centre sectoral group.
