David’s practice focuses on mergers and acquisitions, investments, corporate reorganisations and restructuring for a wide range of industries. In particular, David advises on a wide range of matters in the Energy sector including, in particular, mergers and acquisitions, commercial contracts, compliance, governance, regulatory and associated legislative and licensing requirements matters and energy trading arrangements. David also advises private and public sector clients across the full range of company and commercial law areas, such as joint ventures, private equity, general commercial contract work and corporate governance.
