Daire is a senior associate in the Corporate and M&A Group.

Daire specialises in public and private mergers and acquisitions, advising both international and domestic clients on all aspects of corporate law and governance. Daire also focuses on equity capital markets transactions, joint ventures, private equity investments, corporate advisory matters, corporate restructurings and commercial agreements.

Daire completed his training contract in Arthur Cox and joined the Corporate and M&A Group upon qualification.

• Advising Flutter Entertainment plc on its acquisition of the Italian gaming group Snaitech S.p.A.
• Advising TE Connectivity on the successful transition of the place of incorporation of its publicly traded parent company from Switzerland to Ireland
• Advised CRH plc and Flutter Entertainment plc on their respective transitions to a US primary listing on the New York Stock Exchange
• Advised Flutter Entertainment plc on its acquisition of the Serbian-based gaming group MaxBet
• Advised MTM Engineering in respect of a strategic investment from Waterland Private Equity
• Advised TPG Real Estate on its acquisition of Quintain Developments Ireland, the largest, privately owned residential developer in Ireland
• Advised Flutter Entertainment plc on its disposal of Oddschecker Global Media to Bruin Capital
• Advised Further Global Capital Management on its acquisition of AA Ireland from Carlyle Cardinal
