Charles is a senior associate on the Debt Capital Markets Team in our Finance Group and has a focus on a wide range of debt finance work.

Charles acts for various clients (domestically and internationally) on a wide range of transactions including debt capital markets, securitisation, structured finance and secured lending. Charles regularly advises international based clients on debt capital markets and structured finance transactions including warehouse financing, RMBS, CMBS, CLOs and receivable securitisation transactions, bond issues, debt issuance programs, medium term note programs and various structured transactions.
