Audrey is Of Counsel in our Debt Finance Group. She has extensive knowledge in advising clients with respect to domestic and cross-border financing transactions, with a particular emphasis on renewable energy projects and infrastructure projects.

Audrey advises a large range of Irish and international developers, sponsors and investors across a wide range of sectors, including the renewable energy and infrastructure sectors (including PPPs). She also advises all of the major Irish banks, together with syndicates made up of international lenders.

Audrey has a particular focus on project finance and has significant experience advising clients on high value projects in the energy sector. She has also acted for lenders and sponsors on a wide range of development finance transactions (including the residential, social housing, student accommodation and hotel and leisure sectors).

Relevant Experience

• Advising on acquisitions and all aspects of financings of a large number of portfolio onshore wind, waste and solar projects in Ireland.
• Advising Energia on the financing of wind farm assets in Ireland.
• Advising Celtic Roads Group on all aspects of the financing and operation of three PPP road projects.
• Advising a Sponsor fund borrower on the financing of a portfolio of wind farms in Ireland and France.
• Advising a Sponsor fund on the financing of a large portfolio of primary care centres throughout Ireland.
• Advised a syndicate of lenders on a revolving credit facility to a publicly listed Irish energy company to finance the ongoing acquisitions of operational wind farms in Ireland and refinance existing project finance/construction debt.
