Andrew (admitted in England and Wales and South Africa) works in the Debt Capital Markets team in our Finance Group and advises clients on a broad range of debt finance matters.

Andrew advises a broad range of domestic and international banks, multinationals and other financial institutions on matters relating to debt issuances (programmes and standalones), structured finance and secured lending as well as trustee and agency advice.
