Amina is a senior associate in our Corporate and M&A Group, advising all clients on all areas of corporate law.
Amina advises both Irish and international clients in a range of corporate work, including public and private mergers and acquisitions, corporate reorganisations, corporate governance, regulatory and corporate advisory issues across a broad spectrum of industries and sectors.
She advises both Irish and international clients on a variety of corporate work in several distinct industries and sectors both domestically and internationally, focusing in particular on public and private M&A, private equity investments, corporate advisory matters (including ESG), corporate restructurings, corporate governance and commercial contracts.
Amina also advises a number of Irish and UK charities on a pro bono basis in relation to ongoing corporate governance and compliance requirements, and has been jointly nominated as a Champion of Justice by Amicus in 2023.

- Advised TPG Real Estate on its acquisition of Quintain Developments Ireland, the largest privately-owned residential developer in Ireland.
- Advised Flutter Entertainment plc on its £155 million sale of Oddschecker Global Media.
- Advised Flutter Entertainment plc on its recommended all-share acquisition of The Stars Group, Inc, at an aggregate transaction value of £10 billion to create the largest online betting and gaming operator globally by revenue.
- Advised John Laing Group plc on the sale of its Irish wind farm, Glencarbry, to Greencoat Renewables plc
- Advised Independent News & Media group on its sale of a 50% stake in the Irish Daily Star to co-owner Reach plc.
- Advised Flutter Entertainment on its May 2020 £812 million share placing.
- Advised Independent News & Media group on the acquisition by its subsidiary, CarsIreland, of Cartell.ie.
- Advised Future Finance on its Series D investment round.
