• Representing clients in employment-related litigation as well as industrial relations issues before the Workplace Relations Commission 
• Advising on disputes regarding retirement and pensions issues, including age discrimination and early retirement 
• Advising on disputes with trade unions on recognition issues and collective bargaining and claims in relation to pay and conditions 
• Providing employment law advice and support on some of Ireland’s largest corporate transactions 
• Advising employers on internal protected disclosure procedures  
• Providing guidance on determining employment status  
• Worked with international law firms on multi-jurisdictional employment projects 
• Advising on immigration queries
