The long-awaited Automatic Enrolment Retirement Savings System Act 2024 was signed into law by the President on 9 July 2024. This Act will impact every business in the country which has employees.

On Thursday 18 July, the Arthur Cox Pensions Group will hold an online seminar to discuss what we have learned from the Act. In our previous seminar we covered what we knew about the Automatic Enrolment (AE) system from the draft Bill as initially published by the government, including an overview of the main requirements under the proposed AE system.
