Ashurst has published a global interactive guide outlining the evolving strategies and regulations globally for hydrogen. Hydrogen is considered an important renewable gas to be used commercially in the future. The guide’s intention is to aid clients through this evolving journey by outlining global guides for hydrogen.

Alex McLean, Partner, Head of Sustainability and ESG; Niamh McGovern, Partner, Energy, Renewables and Natural Resources; and, Peter Woods, Senior Associate, Litigation, Dispute Resolution and Investigations all contributed to the Ireland section of the guide, which outlined Ireland’s current policy and regulation with hydrogen and the regulatory roadmap anticipated in the near term.
