We advised J.P. Morgan Securities plc and responsAbility Financial Inclusion Investments 2024 DAC on the successful launch of a new financial inclusion bond by responsAbility.

The USD 123.5 million bond, aims to give institutional investors access to impact investments through listed securities. The bond focuses on financial inclusion projects, improving access to financial services for individuals and micro, small, and medium companies (MSMEs) in developing countries who currently lack access to traditional banking services.
