

CPA Ireland and Chartered Accountants Ireland

We are pleased to be advising CPA Ireland on its amalgamation with Chartered Accountants Ireland by way of scheme of arrangement under Part 9 of the Companies Act 2014.
The scheme of arrangement was sanctioned by the High Court on 11 July 2024 and will become effective on 1 September 2024. Following the amalgamation of the two Irish-based accountancy bodies, the single amalgamated institute will form the largest professional body on the island of Ireland.
