Arthur Cox Listing Services is pleased to have acted as Irish listing Agent for Chesnara Plc, a UK and European life insurance company, listing its inaugural debt capital markets issuance of £200 million on the Global Exchange Market of Euronext Dublin. The net proceeds of the Notes will be used for general corporate purposes, including value-adding investments and acquisitions.
