We have advised Azora on financing its deal to acquire a portfolio of urban hostels including Jacob’s Inn in Dublin.

Urban hostels are a key target for Azora’s hospitality strategy, and this transaction also represents their first entry into the Irish hospitality market. Over the last 13 years Azora has become one of the leading hospitality and leisure investors across Europe, with the group having acquired over 100 hotels and invested over €3 billion in the hospitality sector.
