We are delighted to have advised Attica Bank, S.A. on the securitisation of their “Domus” and “Rhodium” non-performing loan portfolios. These securitisation transactions were executed simultaneously and were among the most intricate NPL securitisations in the Greek market to date.  The transactions, with a combined book value of approximately €3.7 billion, represents another significant Greek NPL transaction supported by the Arthur Cox team.
