Now in its seventh year, the UCD Women in Leadership Conference will take place on 22 March 2022, in O’Reilly Hall at UCD.
This conference continues to grow every year. Our 2021 conference in February hosted over 1,200 attendees online, and 2020 saw almost 900 students, professionals and UCD alumni come together, to discuss the obstacles that women face in their careers and how they can overcome them.

This year you will meet inspiring speakers such as Noeline Blackwell, CEO of the Dublin Rape Crisis Centre and David McRedmond, CEO of An Post, where the pay gap has recently been reduced to zero.
Many more inspiring speakers will be announced in the coming weeks from a variety of sectors. They will share their career journeys to date and inspire other women on their own career paths. The conference aims to empower attendees though networking opportunities, inspire through leadership lectures and panels, foster growth in their careers and help break the glass ceiling that still exists for women today.
