We are pleased to be shortlisted in seven categories in this year’s IFLR Europe Awards 2024, which celebrate the region’s most innovative cross-border work and those behind it.

The firm is nominated for Ireland Law Firm of the Year, the Financial Services Regulatory Award, Debt and Equity-linked Team of the Year, and Loans Team of the Year.

Three deals the firm was involved in are also nominated in the Deal of the Year categories: Seagate Exchangeable Notes in the Debt and Equity-linked category, AviLease in the M&A category and John Laing Group in the Private Equity category.

The winners will be announced at an awards ceremony in London on Wednesday, 24 April.
