We are pleased to have been involved in the Jazz Pharmaceuticals acquisition of GW Pharmaceuticals, which was recognised as an Impact Deal of the Year at last night’s ITR EMEA Tax Awards 2022.

The awards took place last night at an in-person awards ceremony in London. The ITR EMEA Tax Awards recognise remarkable achievements and developments by international tax professionals from the Europe, Middle East and Africa (EMEA) region over a 12-month period.
