Our EDI initiatives have been recognised at the Legal Benchmarking Group’s Social Impact EMEA Awards 2024, where we were named as “Ethnic Minority Advocacy Firm of the Year”. The awards recognise the significant strides that firms have taken towards building a more diverse and inclusive legal profession, as well as developing the legal community at large.

In particular, the award recognised the work of our Race and Ethnicity committee EMBRACE, including initiatives such as a mentorship programme for university students for minority groups and our reverse mentoring programme, which gives senior leaders in the firm an opportunity to listen to the experiences of mentees from diverse backgrounds.
