Arthur Cox LLP advises on ‘STS’ securitisation of performing residential mortgage loan portfolio
We are pleased to have acted as Irish counsel for BofA Securities Europe, S.A., BNP Paribas (as joint arrangers and joint lead managers) and Natixis (as joint lead manager) in respect of a securitisation by Dilosk RMBS No.8 (STS) DAC. The securitisation comprised a portfolio of over 1,800 performing residential mortgage loans secured on Irish property with a total value of over €400 million. This public securitisation has been structured as a simple, transparent and standardised (STS) securitisation. The notes issued by Dilosk RMBS No.8 (STS) DAC are listed on the regulated market of Euronext Dublin.
Dilosk DAC is an Irish mortgage lender who originates owner occupied and buy to let mortgages under the ICS Mortgages brand. This is their 8th securitisation under the Dilosk RMBS shelf.
