Ciara Fagan, Tax
Ciara regularly acts for Irish companies and multinationals as well as banks and other financial institutions, providing advice across all tax heads on a broad range of commercial matters.
Frances Flynn, Restructuring and Insolvency
Frances advises clients on all aspects of restructuring and insolvency and has extensive experience in both domestic and cross-border restructurings and insolvencies, having acted in a number of high profile examinerships, schemes of arrangement, liquidations, receiverships and debt workouts.
Golda Hession, Corporate and M&A
Golda advises international and domestic companies as well as State and semi-State bodies on all areas of corporate law, in particular on securities law, corporate governance and ESG.
