We are delighted to have advised Ingka Investments on its acquisition of Greenogue Logistics Park.  This acquisition of units totalling 450,000 square feet is the first-ever logistics investment undertaken by Ingka Investments and will be the first Customer Distribution Centre in Ireland for IKEA.
