Arthur Cox LLP is pleased to have advised Gresham House Ireland on the establishment of a Loan Origination Fund designed to generate enhanced stable returns for Credit Union reserves while also providing loan capital to Approved Housing Bodies to fund the under-supply of social housing in Ireland. The Fund will facilitate both Credit Unions and Approved Housing Bodies to deliver on their common mission of improving the well-being of Credit Union members and others within their communities through the provision of social housing within those communities.
