Arthur Cox advises Frontline Ventures on the establishment of its third Seed Fund
Arthur Cox was very pleased to advise Dublin and London-based venture capital firm Frontline Ventures on the establishment of its new €70 million seed fund focused on supporting early-stage B2B companies based in Europe with potential to scale globally.
The new fund’s establishment comes less than a year after the launch of Frontline X, a growth-stage fund supporting US companies looking to expand into Europe, giving Frontline Ventures both a seed and a growth strategy aimed at expansions across both sides of the Atlantic.
The new fund’s investors include the European Investment Fund (EIF), Ireland Strategic Investment Fund (ISIF) and AIB.
The Arthur Cox team was led by Máire Neary (Senior Associate, Corporate and M&A) and included Eoin McCague (Associate, Corporate and M&A), Dara Harrington (Partner, Asset Management and Investment Funds) and Aisling O’Mahony (Associate, Asset Management and Investment Funds).
