Arthur Cox alongside Allen & Overy, are advising Citi as sole arranger, underwriter and bookrunner on facilities for the proposed merger of Smurfit Kappa Group with WestRock Company. When completed, the combined business of Smurfit WestRock is set to become a global leader in sustainable packaging with approximately 100,000 employees worldwide and combined revenues of approximately USD 34 billion.
