We advised Archer Hotel Capital on the acquisition of the landmark Shelbourne Hotel in Dublin from Kennedy Wilson. We were delighted to act for Archer on this further expansion of their hospitality portfolio, having previously advised them on the acquisition of the Conrad Hotel in 2019.
