Arthur Cox is pleased to have advised Aon on its all-share combination with Willis Towers Watson, which combines the world’s second and third largest insurance brokers with an implied combined equity value of $80 billion.
Aon was advised by an Arthur Cox team led by Corporate and M&A partner Cian McCourt and also featured partners Brian O’Gorman, Fintan Clancy, Ailish Finnerty and Stephen Hegarty.
